RCA-Turkey is the organization that represents and promotes the interests of Rwandans living in Turkey. It was founded in 2013 by few Rwandans who were living in Turkey where most of them were students. The community has since grown strong owing to the increasing number (from 8 people since it was founded to 217 now) of Rwandans in Turkey.
